SUPPORT OUR PLAYERS - BECOME A SPONSOR

Join our community-driven fundraiser to help fund goalie training, gear, meals, and more!

SPONSOR A PLAYER

HOW IT WORKS..

Option 1: Direct Donation.

Hate fundraising? We understand, if you'd prefer, you can do a direct donation.  Write a check for $400 for the full year.

Option 2: Individual Sponsorship.

Raise funds through our third-party platform that:

- Creates personal sponsorship pages for each player

- Sends pre-written emails, social posts, and text messages

- Tracks fundraising progress for individuals and the team

Sponsors will be invited to a Sponsor Night where they can meet the players, enjoy a game, and receive our heartfelt thanks.

Welcome to Our New Fundraising Format!

We're excited to launch our Individual Sponsorship Program—a fresh, community-oriented approach to fundraising that replaces traditional product sales with meaningful connections between players and their supporters.

Each player will participate in this program throughout the season, helping the Booster Club fund essential items like goalie training, custom gear, team meals, coach stipends, photography, and more.

SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO OUR SPONSORS!

CONTRIBUTION OPTIONS

What Is the Individual Sponsorship Program?

FUNDRASING EXPECTATIONS

Each family is expected to raise $400 per year.

PLAYER INCENTIVES

Your Effort. Your Impact. Your Rewards.

We love to recognize extra effort!

We’re proud to recognize and reward the players and families who go the extra mile to support our hockey community. Whether you're meeting the goal or blowing past it, your contributions matter—and we want to celebrate them!

Hit the Target – You’re a Team MVP!
Raise the full $400 sponsorship goal for the season, and you’re helping fuel:

Weekly goalie training

Coach stipends

Custom gear for players

Team meals and bonding activities

Tournament support

Photography, banners, posters & more

This is the heart of our program—Every family’s participation keeps our program strong and thriving. Thank you for being part of it!

Go Beyond – Lighten Your Hockey Load!
Hit your $400 fundraising goal? Awesome! But don’t stop there—every dollar you raise beyond that goes directly into your hockey account to help cover your season costs. The more you raise, the less you pay out of pocket. Simple as that!

Examples:
Raise $500 → $100 toward your hockey expenses
Raise $1000 → $600 toward your hockey expenses
Raise $2000 → $1,600 toward your hockey expenses

Every extra dollar makes a difference—for your team and your wallet!

Power Play Bonus – Bring in a $500+ Sponsor
Secure a single sponsor who donates $500 or more, and:

Your sponsor receives our Corporate Sponsorship Benefits

You receive a 10% gift card based on that sponsorship

(Example: A $5000 sponsor = $500 gift card to your player)

This is a great way for players to connect with businesses or family members looking to support youth sports in a bigger way.

Legacy Leader Prize Drawing

Raise $5000 or more throughout the year and your player will be entered into our Legacy Leader Drawing to win a $1500 donation back to their hockey account— or a cash reimbursement if they’re not returning next season.

VIEW OUR PROPOSED BUDGET

There are multiple ways to fulfill this requirement:

Fundraising is a powerful way for families to come together and support our team's success. When we unite our efforts, we not only provide the resources needed to achieve our goals but also strengthen our sense of community and shared purpose. Each family's involvement—whether through organizing events, reaching out to friends, or offering encouragement—makes a meaningful impact. This collective spirit fosters a positive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute. Together, we ensure our team has the support needed to thrive and create lasting memories
